How do you obtain the book?
It is an English language book printed in Germany.

2. If you don't mind using a German language web site you can also order the book from http://www.libri.de or http://www.amazon.de. In Denmark, Germany, Austria, Finland, Austria or Switzerland, you could also order directly from the printers from http://www.bod.de. In India you can obtain it from http://www.cb-india.com/proddetail.asp?prod=14276. Even if it is listed as out of stock, they will obtain it for you.
3. The book is also available from a number of other online bookstores. The ISBN number is 3-8370-3856-4.
4. If you have difficulty obtaning the book we will obtain the book for you and send it to you. Payment is by bank transfer (€95) or by Paypal (€99,50). This price will include shipping but not any customs duty, and I will need your exact shipping address.

Is the book expensive? Low printing runs do not come cheap, but we think it is good value, especially in view of the total cost of a Commerce Server project. Unless the book unexpectly becomes a best seller, we will have made no profit out of the book, but hope that it will help the Commerce Server community.
