How do you obtain the book?
It is an English language book printed in Germany.

Is the book expensive? Low printing runs do not come cheap, but we think it is good value, especially in view of the total cost of a Commerce Server project. We are in negotiations with Microsoft to sponsor our upcoming Commerce Server 2009 book, which will bring the price of the next book down somewhat. Many of you requested that we print the 2007 book as soon as it was finished. Unless the book unexpectly becomes a best seller, we will have made no money out of the book, but hope that it will help the Commerce Server community.
